JOB DESCRIPTION:  If you are a local resident and are interested in:

• Being an on-call Substitute for regular teachers
• Teaching just one or two classes a week
• Doing Translation work at home
• Working as an Interpreter
• Teaching a language other than English part-time
• Six month or one year contracts for which we are unable to recruit from abroad.

REQUIREMENTS for Applicants:  Requirements vary for each position.  
University degree is always required.  English teaching experience and/or RSA CELTA, MA in TEFL, Education, Linguistics and related fields preferred.
Valid driver's license required.  
Japanese language ability is always preferred and may be required depending on the position.
Good people skills, excellent organizational abilities and good writing abilities. 
Additional language skills (other than English) increases the number of available opportunities.

BENEFITS: 
Salary varies with education/experience of applicant and specific position and will be discussed on a per job basis.
