Full Time Teaching Staff:
Job status is: ACTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking for variety in your career as a
professional English teacher? We can offer that.
A Four Seasons teacher has up to 20 teaching hours per week and they could
be spent anywhere from fine-tuning the English negotiation skills of senior
business executives to introducing English to young children. Our
classes are generally small from 1-10 people usually, averaging perhaps
5. But we also have some classes in kindergartens with up to 30 kids.
The needs and levels of our students vary greatly, but almost all are
seriously committed to learning. Those who simply want to be entertained
don't usually stay long... after all, some of our teachers have been known
to require homework!
We respect our teacher's professionalism and generally allow them to
choose from selected course books, design their lessons and structure their
classes. However, we do limit the number of course books in use
during a contract period to three. We provide professional support and materials when requested
or needed, but encourage our teachers to bring their own experiences to
the classroom.
